Store Return Policy
Due to COVID-19 we will not be processing returns at this time.
  • AZ Skin Therapy abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells.  If the brand you are purchasing does not accept returns.  AZ Skin Therapy can not accept the return. 
  • There is a 30 return policy, past 30 days from the date of purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 
  •  Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, or refund. 
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damage, if you need to exchange for the same item send an email through our contact form.
  • Consumer is responsible for shipping on returned or exchanged items and is non-refundable. 
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of the shipping. A refund or exchange will not be issued until product is received and reviewed. 
  • Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction. 
  • All sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return. 
  • E-Certificates are not eligible for return or refund. 
  • We mail product order using USPS flat rate boxes to keep shipping prices low as possible. 
  • Live in Arizona and prefer to pick your products up from our office.  Use the local pick-up option at checkout to save on shipping.  Please allow 48-72 hours, and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
